Neon Wood stands for high-quality student housing in central university locations. Fully furnished, mostly single apartments, for medium-term stays. Numerous and spacious common areas for networking within an international tenant community.
High-quality Serviced Apartments
Tannhaus stands for ready to move in 1 to 3 room apartments for short and medium term stays, with practical all-round service. A high quality design individually tailored to each apartment for a comfortable home away from home.

All apartments are fully furnished and feature a unique spatial concept in which the furniture integrates perfectly to offer optimal use of space. In the student housing segment with the Neon Wood brand, spacious common areas are offered in addition to the fully furnished apartments. With the Tannhaus brand, Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH operates ready-to-occupy apartments for temporary living. In addition, services such as cleaning, laundry service and much more can be booked.
