Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH was founded in 2016 as part of the Cresco Real Estate Group. As a private full-service property manager, it specializes in the management of micro-living assets.
In Berlin, Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH with its Neon Wood brand is the largest private provider of student housing with approximately 1,500 units. In Germany, it ranks among the top 10.
With its Tannhaus brand, Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH is one of the largest providers of residential serviced apartments in Berlin and Germany.

Our Team
Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH started with its foundation in 2016 and now has more than 30 employees working for us in the areas of Finance, Design & Development, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Business Development. We are a young, international team and always open for new challenges.
