Alessio has a technical and business background and more than 15 years of professional experience in various asset classes.
Before joining Cresco, he worked in the hotel industry, where he was responsible for refurbishments, repositioning, and rebranding of several assets in international hostel and hotel chains.
At Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH, Alessio has been part of our team since the very beginning. In addition to his role as Managing Director, he focuses particularly on digitalization, process optimization, and enhancing the performance and sustainability of the properties under management.
Angelo Justin Heyneck
Managing Director
Angelo has a deep background in the hotel industry, where he was, among other things, Regional Reservations Manager at the international hotel chain nH Hotels, managing group and event reservations for 15 properties in Germany. At Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH, Angelo has been part of our team since the beginning and is responsible for leasing, revenue management as well as marketing for the properties to be managed and business development for our company.
Benjamin Warnecke
Head of Finances
Benjamin has been part of the Cresco team since 2017 and has served as Head of Finance since 2021, overseeing the company’s finances as well as those of the managed property companies.
In addition to traditional financial accounting and comprehensive reporting, his responsibilities also include extensive property management, digitalization initiatives, and process optimization.
Benjamin is a certified tax specialist with more than 15 years of professional experience in property management and the hotel industry. He possesses in-depth expertise in the end-to-end management of residential and commercial properties, condominiums, and the leasing of micro-apartments.
