Brands and positioning

Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH has developed two successful brands in the area of student housing and serviced apartments, which are positioned in the upper class of the respective segment.
The Neon Wood and Tannhaus brands are prime examples of our successful range of services. Both have their own project-specific product features, such as the operating model, the category mix and the fixed rental period of the respective properties. In addition, a separate design and brand book was developed for each of the two brands, according to which the associated apartments were equipped and designed.
The rental of the individual assets of each brand takes place via their own digitalized booking platform. Through our many years of experience in project development, constant optimization and our target group-specific marketing, we achieve the best success in the sale of our assets and always a high occupancy rate, mainly through direct rentals.
