The project
In February 2025, Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH took over a property with 74 student housing units in Tübingen through a long-term lease agreement. The property includes an existing building from 2016 with 43 apartments, as well as a new development from 2025 with 31 units.
Under the name Tܳ – managed by Neon Wood, the location is marketed through the successful student housing platform Neon Wood, increasing the total number of units managed under Neon Wood to 1,851 across Germany.
For daily necessities, the ground floor features an Aldi Süd store and a DM drugstore.
The Neighborhood
TÜ3 – managed by Neon Wood is located in the heart of a vibrant university town, perfectly combining urban life with relaxation.
