White Label Locations Under Management

Since February 2025, CIV has been managing a total of 74 student housing units in Tübingen under a lease agreement. The portfolio includes both an existing building from 2016 and a modern new development. The property is operated under the name TÜ3 – managed by Neon Wood and is marketed through the successful student housing platform Neon Wood, operated by CIV.
